What you will do

• Develop and implement email strategies for pre-sale awareness, pipeline nurturing, and post-sale loyalty.
• Create and curate engaging email copy and subject lines aligned with brand tone and QA standards.
• Execute end-to-end campaigns in HubSpot, including template design and audience management.
• Analyze campaign performance, establish benchmarks, and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.

Requirements

• Native English speaker with strong copywriting skills.
• Proven experience in email marketing and end-to-end campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Understanding of AI technologies and industry trends.
• Strong skills in campaign analysis and reporting.
