• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalised consultations.
• Design tailored solutions that align with clients’ specific needs and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by proactively building client relationships and managing leads.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design (A&D) community to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to ensure a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with high accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.
• Ability to lift/move items over 20 lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
