What you will do

• Lead advocacy across the EU and UK, positioning hirify.global as an authoritative voice on live shopping and marketplace platforms.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key policymakers, regulators, government officials, and industry associations.
• Monitor and interpret policy and regulatory developments to assess their impact on the product, operations, and sellers.
• Advise senior leadership on the implications of regulatory proposals, providing recommendations and framing trade-offs.
• Manage and coordinate external consultants and advisors across Brussels, London, and other key European markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Communications, Product, and Trust & Risk teams to develop policy responses.

Requirements

• 7+ years of public policy or government affairs experience with European institutions and national governments.
• Strong policy judgment and subject-matter fluency in issues relevant to e-commerce and platform liability.
• Experience building and sustaining trusted networks with policymakers, regulators, and civil society.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to read subtext in complex policy debates.
• Ability to move seamlessly from defining high-level strategy to hands-on execution.
• Must live within commuting distance of the London, UK hub.
