What you will do

• Build and maintain innovative product features using a full-stack approach.
• Participate in design and architecture discussions to shape the next generation of platform features.
• Partner with cross-functional engineers to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-performance code.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge to foster technical growth.
• Assist in project planning, estimation, and completion in collaboration with team stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with modern frontend development, specifically with React.
• Proficiency in backend development using compiled statically typed languages like Go.
• Understanding of relational databases, preferably MySQL.
• Must be based in Venezuela.

Nice to have

• Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design principles.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture and related design patterns.
• Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and CI/CD processes.
