TL;DR

Senior Product Sourcer (Fintech): Building elite, diverse talent pipelines for high-impact product and operations roles with an accent on proactive market mapping, candidate engagement, and data-driven sourcing strategy. Focus on identifying passive talent, partnering with hiring managers to refine profiles, and scaling the organization's hiring capacity in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Menlo Park, CA; Chicago, IL; or New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $99,000 – $150,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location/zone).

What you will do

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand organizational needs and shape hiring strategy.
  • Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal pools, and outbound tools.
  • Execute targeted outreach to passive candidates and manage early-stage candidate engagement.
  • Provide talent market insights including competitor mapping and role trends.
  • Use data and analytics to track sourcing activity and adjust strategies for improved conversion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
  • Proactive experience engaging passive candidates using structured search and personalized outreach.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into candidate profiles and actionable plans.
  • English: Proficiency required for advanced communication across all levels.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools like Greenhouse and Gem.
  • Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Menlo Park, Chicago, or New York.
