Location: Must be based in or commute to Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY; in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
Salary: $106,000 – $160,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

What you will do
- Execute annual, mid-year, and ongoing planning processes, including financial and headcount planning.
- Develop and maintain planning timelines, templates, and leadership review materials.
- Partner with senior finance leaders to establish operating budgets and headcount targets.
- Evaluate investment proposals and capital allocation scenarios to align resources with company strategy.
- Maintain clear KPIs and prepare executive-ready reporting with performance trend analysis.
- Improve and automate reporting workflows to increase scalability.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in Finance & Strategy, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Consulting.
- At least 2+ years in a finance-focused role.
- Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and timelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with experience preparing materials for executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Superset, or similar analytics tools.
- Direct experience supporting a company-wide annual planning process at scale.
- Experience with resource allocation and company-level KPI frameworks.
