What you will do

• Lead strategic finance partnership across Revenue and Marketing organizations.
• Develop financial frameworks connecting sales capacity, marketing spend, conversion, and retention to ARR growth.
• Build operational and financial models for major initiatives, including ROI, LTV/CAC, and payback analysis.
• Design and track key GTM KPIs, including CAC, LTV/CAC, payback period, sales productivity, conversion rates, and retention efficiency.
• Partner with Data and BI teams to define reporting requirements and maintain analytical datasets.
• Identify and spearhead opportunities to leverage AI-based tools to streamline forecasting and automate reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 9+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in strategic finance within a late-stage or high-growth tech or public company environment.
• Experience in SaaS, preferably with a usage-based business model component.
• Strong understanding of GTM dynamics and familiarity with digital marketing and growth metrics.
• Advanced experience with Excel / Google Sheets, BI tools (Tableau), and / or SQL.
• Excellent business partnering skills with non-financial leaders.
