Salary: $175,000.00 - $195,000.00

What you will do

• Lead the annual budgeting process, cross-functional analysis, and long-term financial forecasting.
• Build robust repeatable processes for external reporting and investor communications.
• Provide analysis of the monthly P&L report and oversee headcount tracking and benefits analysis.
• Deliver deep insights and strategies to assist with business KPIs and strategic decision-making.
• Support long-term financial elements of strategic planning and capital markets readiness.
• Drive process improvements and governance of financial data and systems across FP&A.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in FP&A and strategic finance roles; experience in a public company environment is required.
• Banking finance/reporting experience is a must; high-tech or growth company experience is a plus.
• Strong background in external reporting and investor communications; IPO experience is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to influence at all levels.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; familiarity with FP&A and BI tools (Workday, Tableau, Pigment/AnaPlan, Alteryx) is a plus.
• Presentation skills with the proven ability to focus on the details as well as zoom out for high-level messaging and takeaways.
