What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, fundraising, and budgeting processes.
• Own financial reporting, accounting oversight, and month-end close procedures.
• Manage crypto treasury operations, including wallet tracking and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize unit economics and pricing strategies.
• Build scalable financial frameworks to evaluate new market opportunities.
• Prepare high-level materials for board meetings and investor relations.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of finance experience, including 3-5 years in senior roles.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in New York, NY.
• Proven track record supporting fundraising and investor relations.
• Experience in high-growth tech, fintech, payments, or marketplaces.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and system optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
