Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid role, 2-5 days per week in-office required).
Salary: $81,000 – $98,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage launch campaign materials for Sesame Street, specials, and spin-offs across distribution partners like Netflix and PBS Kids.
- Coordinate media integrations for pop culture and sports moments, including budgeting, talent logistics, and script reviews.
- Collaborate with Production and Creative teams to develop branding and high-quality creative assets.
- Manage the ongoing franchise calendar and oversee the marketing asset library, including video and photo documentation.
- Support the creation of sales collateral, trade show materials, and marketing presentations.
- Utilize research and data analytics to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience.
- Must be able to work on-site at the Manhattan headquarters in New York.
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and organizational communication skills.
- Experience with project management software and marketing production workflows.
