What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive toy strategy by segment.
• Manage toy pricing architecture, competitive positioning, and SKU productivity.
• Partner with leadership to build 3–5 year product roadmaps balancing innovation and refresh cycles.
• Own consumer and play usage insights to inform product development.
• Collaborate with Design and R&D teams to shepherd products from concept to shelf.
• Coordinate with regional commercial teams to ensure global strategy alignment and buy-in.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, franchise management, or product development (3+ years with MBA).
• Strong background in CPG or toy industries with exposure to retail buyer dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage complex product development timelines.
• Expertise in quantitative/financial analysis including forecasting, margin targets, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for influencing senior leadership.
• Must be able to work onsite in El Segundo, California.
