Focus on leading day-to-day partner coordination, maintaining project trackers, and creating global franchise pitch materials.

Location: El Segundo, California

Salary: USD $88,800 - $111,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day coordination with partners in Toy, Digital Gaming, Consumer Products, Live Experiences, Publishing, TV & Film, and Strategic Partnerships.
  • Maintain franchise calendars, milestones, and project trackers for disciplined execution.
  • Create global franchise pitch materials including decks, one-sheets, and selling tools for presentations.
  • Support multi-year franchise strategies and marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with retail and commercial teams on omnichannel programs and activations.
  • Gather and synthesize performance data from campaigns and activations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in brand marketing (brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing.
  • Project management: highly organized, detail-oriented, manage multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborative: build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Communication skills: excellent storytelling, presentations, influencing partners.
  • Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
