What you will do

• Lead end-to-end bid processes across European markets including France, UK, Germany, and Nordics.
• Manage RFP evaluation, proposal strategy, drafting, and final submission.
• Ensure compliance with European procurement frameworks and export controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, and Finance teams.
• Operate within structured bid governance and review cycles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for government clients throughout the bidding phases.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Bid or Proposal Management.
• Proven experience working with European government or institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of European procurement processes and complex project management.
• Excellent communication skills to lead and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership.
• Must be able to work on-site in London.
