Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC (3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $129,000–$195,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location)

• Design and lead initiatives to reduce fraud across the banking ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering to build robust fraud defense strategies.
• Monitor real-time fraud activity and continuously improve detection capabilities.
• Execute fraud mitigation strategies specifically for ACH and wire transfers.
• Communicate strategic decisions to senior stakeholders across the business.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in fraud strategy and detection for banking products.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python for large dataset analysis.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and quantitative skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics).
• Ability to work in-office at least 3 days per week in New York, Menlo Park, or Washington D.C.
