What you will do

• Act as the primary Business Analyst supporting multiple engineering teams.
• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements through stakeholder collaboration.
• Develop functional specifications and conduct impact assessments for solution design.
• Partner with engineering teams to clarify requirements and validate delivered solutions.
• Support product management in shaping the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
• Assist with quality assurance activities including test plan reviews and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software delivery lifecycle.
• Specific industry experience in portfolio management, trading, or back-office systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex business requirements.
• Familiarity with XML, REST, and SQL.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Wakefield, MA for a hybrid work arrangement.
