What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for exchange members via phone, email, and Jira tickets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot trading and clearing systems in real-time.
• Investigate operational issues using a variety of internal and external tools.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external groups to resolve complex member requests.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure exchange stability.
• Contribute to ad-hoc project work as required by the operations team.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience on a trade or operations desk at a broker-dealer or exchange.
• Proficiency in supporting FIX and SBE Protocols.
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to write queries in SQL, Groovy, or Python.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. equity markets, market structure, and clearing.
• Ability to work the shift 5:00 AM EST to 2:00 PM EST, including US holidays and a transition to a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.
• Must be resident in one of the specified supported US states.
