PeopleX Partner Intern (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (Hybrid: 3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $24 - $31/hour depending on location

What you will do

• Support core PeopleX initiatives and assist with business support and program delivery
• Analyze employee feedback and operational data to surface actionable trends
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and business leaders to address complex people-related challenges
• Contribute to an inclusive employee experience by delivering internal programs and collaborating across teams

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program (HR, Business, Organizational Behavior or related)
• Must be based in Menlo Park or New York and able to work onsite 3 days per week
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Nice to have

• Prior HR-related internship or co-op experience
• Familiarity with Workday or Google Suite
