What you will do

• Provide strategic HR leadership to engineering teams to foster a high-performance culture.
• Assess organizational performance, identify talent gaps, and implement scalable HR solutions.
• Coach business leaders on talent planning, performance management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on compensation, inclusion, and talent management programs.
• Manage employee relations, risk mitigation, and resolution in partnership with legal stakeholders.
• Drive change management initiatives and integrate inclusive practices into the organizational culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Must be able to work on-site at the NYC headquarters in a hybrid capacity.
• Proven experience working directly with managers and engineering teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive HR decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leadership effectively.
• Experience navigating global HR practices in a matrixed environment.

• Experience with AI tools and practices in a professional HR setting.
• Background in global HR operations and diverse international employee populations.
