Location: Hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL offices
Salary: $105,000 – $145,000 per year

What you will do
- Develop and advise on compensation strategies, including base, variable, and equity programs for North America.
- Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus planning.
- Perform market benchmarking and pay positioning strategies using internal data and external surveys.
- Partner with HR Operations to optimize Workday compensation modules.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership regarding pay equity and market competitiveness.
- Design compensation structures that evolve with organizational growth and job architecture needs.
Requirements
- Must have 8–12 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
- Proven experience supporting North American organizations
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday
- Advanced data analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Must be based in the U.S. and able to work in a hybrid capacity
- Demonstrated AI literacy and experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows
Nice to have
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
- Experience with job evaluation frameworks such as Aon or Mercer
