Salary: $105,000 – $145,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and advise on compensation strategies, including base, variable, and equity programs for North America.
• Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and bonus planning.
• Perform market benchmarking and pay positioning strategies using internal data and external surveys.
• Partner with HR Operations to optimize Workday compensation modules.
• Provide clear, data-driven insights to senior leadership regarding pay equity and market competitiveness.
• Design compensation structures that evolve with organizational growth and job architecture needs.

Requirements

• Must have 8–12 years of experience in compensation or total rewards
• Proven experience supporting North American organizations
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, specifically Workday
• Advanced data analysis skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Must be based in the U.S. and able to work in a hybrid capacity
• Demonstrated AI literacy and experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
• Experience with job evaluation frameworks such as Aon or Mercer
