Location: Must be based in the US or Canada
Salary: $175,000–$240,000 (inclusive of bonus)

What you will do
- Act as a strategic HR partner for the commercial leadership team to align business goals with people strategies.
- Design and deliver performance management, calibration, and feedback systems tailored to commercial teams.
- Ensure HR policies meet broker-dealer and financial regulatory requirements in partnership with legal teams.
- Coach managers and executives to develop management capacity and foster high-performing team environments.
- Handle sensitive employee relations and organizational development matters with discretion and judgment.
- Build and iterate on foundational HR processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
- Strong background in financial services HR, preferably within banking, capital markets, or investment management.
- Proven experience as an HR generalist in a high-growth, dynamic, or startup environment.
- Working knowledge of employment law and financial services regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in executive or leadership coaching.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while building programs from the ground up.
Nice to have
- Experience with FINRA or broker-dealer compliance environments.
- Formal coaching certification.
