Salary: $175,000–$240,000 (inclusive of bonus)

What you will do

• Act as a strategic HR partner for the commercial leadership team to align business goals with people strategies.
• Design and deliver performance management, calibration, and feedback systems tailored to commercial teams.
• Ensure HR policies meet broker-dealer and financial regulatory requirements in partnership with legal teams.
• Coach managers and executives to develop management capacity and foster high-performing team environments.
• Handle sensitive employee relations and organizational development matters with discretion and judgment.
• Build and iterate on foundational HR processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong background in financial services HR, preferably within banking, capital markets, or investment management.
• Proven experience as an HR generalist in a high-growth, dynamic, or startup environment.
• Working knowledge of employment law and financial services regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in executive or leadership coaching.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while building programs from the ground up.

Nice to have

• Experience with FINRA or broker-dealer compliance environments.
• Formal coaching certification.
