What you will do

• Manage the integration architecture between customer HRIS platforms and internal payroll systems to ensure scalable data transfer.
• Implement automated controls to maintain data integrity and minimize manual entry across systems.
• Oversee the operational reliability of payment transmission protocols such as BACS and statutory data exchanges like HMRC.
• Act as the primary bridge between the Payroll department and internal Product/Engineering teams to drive system improvements.
