What you will do

  • Manage the complete employee journey from onboarding to offboarding, including documentation and contracts.
  • Oversee monthly payroll operations via HRIS, ensuring accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and payroll.
  • Maintain data integrity within HRIS and generate insightful reports for leadership.
  • Ensure full compliance with local employment laws, payroll regulations, and data protection standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance employee experience and scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in HR and payroll operations.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and payroll compliance, ideally within Gibraltar.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage employee lifecycle documentation and payroll systems.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll management platforms.
