What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and manage hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across various channels.
• Screen candidates for sales acumen, leadership, and cultural alignment.
• Lead complex compensation negotiations including commissions and variable pay structures.
• Maintain ATS data and report on key recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Strong background hiring for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth functions.
• Expertise in sales compensation structures and incentive plans.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage hiring manager relationships.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA 2–3 days per week.
