What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Post job advertisements and source candidates using internet, databases, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical roles.
• Submit qualified candidates and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with offer negotiation and closing candidates.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and provide recruiting support.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Architects, Cloud Engineers, Data Scientists, Cybersecurity Analysts, DevOps, and IT Infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern tech stacks.
• Ability to influence hiring managers using market trends, compensation insights, and talent availability.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting with a strong candidate experience.
• Experience using recruiting analytics such as time-to-fill, funnel metrics, and pipeline health.
