TL;DR

Contingent Workforce Planning Partner (Fintech): Managing the full lifecycle and operational strategy of the extended workforce program with an accent on compliance, process automation, and vendor management. Focus on implementing new VMS tools, optimizing workforce reporting dashboards, and partnering with Finance and Legal to scale global contingent labor operations.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY with 3 days per week of in-office attendance required.

Salary: $93,000 – $140,000 USD (Base pay range depending on location/zone).

What you will do

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of contingent workers from budget approval to offboarding.
  • Lead the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS) with stakeholder communication.
  • Redesign and govern the Preferred Vendor program to ensure performance metrics and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate data for audit readiness and workforce reporting.
  • Develop scalable reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights for cost management.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal on workforce considerations during mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in extended workforce programs, business operations, HR, Finance, or Procurement.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience building structured reports or dashboards.
  • Experience implementing new tools or improving operational processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and procurement systems like Workday or Coupa.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from specified US offices.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of global and regional compliance requirements for contingent labor.
  • Experience supporting workforce planning in growing international organizations.
