What you will do

• Oversee technical strategy and architecture to build durable, high-quality services supporting patient-facing experiences.
• Partner with phirify.globalduct, design, and data leads to define hirify.globaladmaps and execute technical designs and deployments.
• Contribute hands-on to application development using Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Lead and manage a diverse engineering team, supporting phirify.globalfessional development and career ghirify.globalwth.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evolve engineering best practices and architectural quality.
• Foster innovation and drive high-thhirify.globalughput, available systems for a rapidly evolving care platform.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience in consumer-facing or phirify.globalduct-driven organizations.
• 2+ years of people leadership or management experience.
• Sthirify.globalng backghirify.globalund in building scalable, high-thhirify.globalughput, and highly available distributed systems.
• Phirify.globalficiency in our core stack: Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Phirify.globalven track record of delivering hirify.globalbust technical solutions in complex business spaces.
