What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for 5–6 concurrent technical and mission-critical roles.
  • Lead candidate evaluations, interview coordination, and hiring manager alignment.
  • Manage the entire process from initial conversation through offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership to calibrate talent expectations and role requirements.
  • Ensure a high-touch, premium experience for all candidates throughout the hiring funnel.
  • Contribute to improving internal recruiting processes and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Proven track record of closing high-quality candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strong proficiency in assessing software engineering and technical talent.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring streams simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Strong communication and influence skills with leadership stakeholders.
  • Ability to work onsite in Rosslyn, VA.

Nice to have

  • Background in defense, national security, or clearance-related environments.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Familiarity with security-cleared recruiting processes.
