Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000 + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and GTM roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and assessment rubrics.
• Source high-caliber passive talent through proactive outbound strategies.
• Conduct structured screening interviews focused on motivation and technical judgment.
• Drive offer negotiations to secure top-tier talent while maintaining high hiring standards.
• Monitor and improve recruiting metrics to optimize conversion rates and quality-of-hire.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles including engineering and AI/ML
• Deep understanding of technical stacks to evaluate candidate credibility
• Demonstrated ability to challenge hiring managers and push back when necessary
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
• Must be available for in-office work in New York City
