Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, USA (relocation stipend provided)

What you will do
- Build and manage robust pipelines of top technical talent across research and engineering functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand complex role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Identify exceptional candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, publications, and niche AI/ML communities.
- Develop authentic outreach that conveys the company mission and technical challenges.
- Track sourcing metrics to continuously optimize process speed and quality.
Requirements
- Deep sourcing expertise with a proven track record of identifying technical candidates at scale.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to assess technical talent or previous experience in a technical role.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and large language models.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment.
- Ability to thrive in an environment requiring high context switching.
Nice to have
- Existing network within the AI or ML community.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing automation and data enrichment tools.
- Experience reading and mapping technical research papers.
