Salary: $55 – $91 per hour

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruiting process to provide a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategies, interview practices, and closing negotiations.
• Develop and implement structured, consistent hiring processes to attract elite talent.
• Execute non-traditional recruiting methods including networking events and targeted sourcing.
• Use recruitment data to drive process improvements and talent function efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of professional technical recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably in-house.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in El Segundo, CA.
• Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong expertise in sourcing passive niche talent and engaging with senior leadership.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
