Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office required).

Salary: $119,000 - $140,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Partner with Engineering leadership to define role scope, success criteria, and strategic interview plans.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer development, and closing candidates.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche technical roles across security and core engineering functions.
  • Use data to track pipeline health, time to fill, and conversion metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Ensure an equitable and consistent candidate experience through clear communication and structured interview panels.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, specifically within engineering organizations.
  • Proven track record of hiring for Backend, Frontend, and Engineering Management roles.
  • Deep experience sourcing and hiring for specialized technical domains like cloud, product, or privacy engineering.
  • Experience partnering directly with senior technical stakeholders on hiring strategy and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office 3 days per week.
