Location: Hybrid work environment in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto, with expectation to be in office min. twice per week for local ns (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City and Sydney).
Salary: $97,800 to $132,200 CAD

What you will do
- Partner with Recruiters and hiring teams to build and execute scalable sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and nurture passive candidates through consistent touchpoint strategies.
- Conduct market and talent research and adapt sourcing strategies as market conditions evolve.
- Screen and assess sourced candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
- Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and outcomes, and share insights with recruiting partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success building and managing talent pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills across a range of channels.
- Experience engaging passive talent, from initial outreach through relationship-building.
- A data-informed mindset, with the ability to track activity and analyze results.
- A collaborative approach and strong partnership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Experience using Workday ATS and Gem.
