Salary: $97,800 to $132,200 CAD

What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters and hiring teams to build and execute scalable sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and nurture passive candidates through consistent touchpoint strategies.
• Conduct market and talent research and adapt sourcing strategies as market conditions evolve.
• Screen and assess sourced candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and outcomes, and share insights with recruiting partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a sourcing or recruiting role in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success building and managing talent pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills across a range of channels.
• Experience engaging passive talent, from initial outreach through relationship-building.
• A data-informed mindset, with the ability to track activity and analyze results.
• A collaborative approach and strong partnership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Experience using Workday ATS and Gem.
