What you will do

• Review and approve enterprise-level communications to ensure adherence to firm guidelines and regulatory laws.
• Provide early-stage compliance guidance to Marketing, PR, and Content teams during campaign development.
• Partner with internal legal counsel to integrate legal discipline into communication workflows.
• Draft and implement practical guidelines and documentation practices for internal stakeholders.
• Develop system improvements to enhance the quality, scalability, and impact of compliance oversight.
• Represent the Compliance team in staff meetings to provide strategic oversight on PR and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a legal or compliance role within the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of experience in communications compliance or a related function.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, and FCA.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, Content, and Engineering teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex compliance projects independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on providing clear, practical guidance.

• Project management skillset.
• Experience with compliance tools like Red Oak, Figma, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled business tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini in a professional context.
