Salary: $135,000 – $175,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary compliance contact for distribution teams covering Latin America.
• Provide guidance on cross-border solicitation rules and private placement regimes.
• Coordinate with local counsel to assess regulatory risks and document jurisdiction-specific compliance positions.
• Support Regulation D and Regulation S offerings marketed to non-U.S. investors.
• Develop and enhance written supervisory procedures and governance frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and enforcement trends impacting alternative investments in LATAM.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience, preferably with both broker-dealer and registered investment advisor (RIA) experience.
• Strong knowledge of FINRA rules, SEC regulations, and cross-border offering frameworks (Reg D and Reg S).
• Demonstrated experience supporting private placement or alternative investment distribution in Latin America.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory issues to business stakeholders.
• JD is a plus, but not required.
