Salary: $160,000–$220,000

What you will do
- Research, interpret, and provide counsel on SEC and SRO regulatory requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end rule filing process, including drafting amendments and ensuring timely submissions.
- Serve as a key point of contact with the SEC and industry committees such as CAT or CTA/UTP.
- Lead responses to regulatory examinations and inquiries.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure internal processes remain compliant with exchange rules.
Requirements
- JD degree with significant experience interpreting SEC and SRO rules.
- Must be a resident of the United States.
- Strong organizational skills suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to make risk-based decisions while meeting stringent regulatory deadlines.
