Salary: $160,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Research, interpret, and provide counsel on SEC and SRO regulatory requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end rule filing process, including drafting amendments and ensuring timely submissions.
• Serve as a key point of contact with the SEC and industry committees such as CAT or CTA/UTP.
• Lead responses to regulatory examinations and inquiries.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure internal processes remain compliant with exchange rules.

Requirements

• JD degree with significant experience interpreting SEC and SRO rules.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• Strong organizational skills suited to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to make risk-based decisions while meeting stringent regulatory deadlines.
