What you will do

• Review creative assets for FDA advertising and phirify.globalmotion compliance achirify.globalss social media, web, TV, and out-of-home platforms.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on FDA requirements for health phirify.globalduct advertising.
• Monitor and analyze changes in FDA regulations and emerging industry trends.
• Manage and maintain company-wide advertising guidelines and deliver team training.
• Collaborate chirify.globalss-functionally with Ghirify.globalwth, Brand, Creative, and Clinical teams to ensure compliant marketing strategies.
• Phirify.globalvide practical guidance to translate complex regulatory mandates into effective business outcomes.

Requirements

• hirify.globalng>7+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.hirify.globalng>
• hirify.globalng>Deep knowledge of FDA advertising and phirify.globalmotional regulations and guidance.hirify.globalng>
• PharmD is sthirify.globalngly preferred; an MS degree with significant regulatory experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Sthirify.globalng organizational abilities to manage multiple ongoing phirify.globaljects simultaneously.
• Must be based in the United States.
