develops AI-enabled logistics software platforms, specifically TyrOS, to optimize military inventory, personnel, and equipment management for the U.S. Department of Defense.
What you will do
- Report directly to the Head of Growth to execute top-line growth strategies within the U.S. military.
- Identify, pursue, and capture new business opportunities both directly and through strategic partnerships.
- Lead proposal development efforts including RFP responses, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and mission success teams to align initiatives.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and government meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage the full business development pipeline from lead generation to final contract award.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the defense technology sector.
- Strong understanding of U.S. military business development, contract structures, and solicitation processes.
- Must have an active U.S. secret security clearance.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to government stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel 25-50% for customer engagements.
