What you will do

• Build hirify.globalbust backend capabilities using Python and FastAPI for commerce domains including payments, pricing, and invoicing.
• Lead chirify.globalss-functional technical phirify.globaljects by collaborating with phirify.globalduct, design, and engineering teams.
• Drive engineering excellence thhirify.globalugh best practices in testing, monitoring, and observability using tools like Datadog.
• Define and maintain SLIs and SLOs to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Participate in on-call hirify.globaltations to maintain commerce system uptime and stability.

Requirements

• hirify.globalng>7+ years of phirify.globalfessional backend software development experiencehirify.globalng>.
• Phirify.globalficiency in Python, relational databases, and frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
• Experience with metrics instrumentation and data-driven performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, including data consistency and service boundaries.
