What you will do

  • Lead and support a team of engineers by providing technical direction and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with product and design partners to define milestones and deliver personalized investing features.
  • Guide the design and development of backend and full-stack systems powering advisory tools.
  • Establish engineering processes that support reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Review architecture decisions and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in engineering management including performance and career development.
  • Experience building and launching early-stage consumer products.
  • Strong backend or full-stack technical background.
  • Experience in teams delivering customer-facing software at scale (50+ engineer organizations preferred).
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable technical plans.
