Salary: $300,000–$350,000 per year

• Provide strategic technical direction for full stack systems, including architecture and scalability planning.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to foster technical growth and high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with product and operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive project execution and identify blockers to ensure consistent delivery of value.
• Contribute to recruitment and hiring efforts to build a strong engineering organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering and management experience.
• Deep expertise in full stack systems, distributed systems, high availability, and system efficiency.
• Proven track record of managing and developing engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong architectural thinking with the ability to balance technical feasibility and business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Must be available for onsite or in-office attendance in NY or CA.
