Salary: CA$232,000 - $333,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of full-stack engineers, owning performance, growth, and overall team health.
• Define the technical vision and roadmap for agentic program management, automating manual workflows in disputes, fraud, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to identify and ship automation opportunities.
• Drive engineering execution, maintaining velocity and a high bar for code quality.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent.
• Serve as a technical thought partner across cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing software engineering teams and delivering complex products.
• Strong technical foundation in full-stack development with the ability to guide architecture and tradeoffs.
• Genuine interest and strategic thinking regarding LLMs and AI agents in regulated workflows.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node/Express, and frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
• Strong communication skills and comfort operating across engineering and business stakeholders.
• Must be based in Canada.
