Salary: $169,000 - $265,000

What you will do

• Lead the delivery of features across card issuance, onboarding, and tokenization services.
• Ensure high reliability and correctness of core APIs on critical customer paths.
• Raise standards for operational excellence, including observability and incident response.
• Partner with Product and cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and strategy.
• Coach and grow engineers through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on guidance.
• Evolve team processes and documentation to support sustainable growth.

Requirements

• Experience managing and growing engineering teams.
• Strong technical judgment in API-driven, high-reliability distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Python and AWS or similar tech stacks.
• Proven ability to ship and operate production-grade services.
• Must be located in the US, Canada, Netherlands, Poland, or Czech Republic.
