is a well-funded, high-growth startup building an agentic AI workforce platform to help industry leaders scale operations, marketing, and sales.
What you will do
- Own and drive full-cycle enterprise sales for $100k+ ACV opportunities.
- Map complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-makers from users to C-level.
- Run world-class discovery and deliver technical demos that demonstrate clear ROI.
- Build and maintain a 3x+ pipeline with accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
- Educate buyers in the emerging AI agent category by translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and solutions engineering to unlock custom use cases for strategic clients.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, with 3 years specifically in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of managing long, complex sales cycles with deal sizes of $50k–$300k+.
- Experience selling technical, automation, or AI-first products.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from our San Francisco office.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in early-stage or hyper-growth companies (e.g., <$20M ARR).
- Familiarity with emerging tech that changes buyer behavior or workflows.
