What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Lead consultative discussions to identify customer goals and position AI solutions effectively.
  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales processes involving product, marketing, and executive teams.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term expansion.
  • Articulate business impact and ROI through tailored demos and commercial proposals.
  • Provide product feedback to Engineering and help scale early sales playbooks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with full-cycle deal ownership.
  • Track record of selling consultative solutions that introduce new workflows.
  • Ability to communicate technical or AI product value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
  • Strong storytelling skills and experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into ecommerce, retail, or digital experience teams.
  • Familiarity with conversion funnels, product discovery, or personalization platforms.
  • Background in conversational AI, generative AI, or automation technology.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, founder-led startup environment.
