Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia (Hybrid - 3 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle enterprise sales processes for large organizations across the APAC region.
- Identify and engage multiple stakeholders, from end-users to C-level executives.
- Conduct discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight business value.
- Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
- Educate potential clients on emerging AI agent technology and drive urgency.
- Collaborate with product and solutions engineering teams to address custom use cases.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of closing complex deals ranging from $50k to $300k+ ACV.
- Deep experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple functional departments.
- Familiarity with automation-first products, AI, GPT-based tools, or integration platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment.
- Must be located in Sydney and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in early-stage or hyper-growth companies with less than $20M ARR.
- Expertise in emerging technologies that transform buyer workflows.
