TL;DR
Account Executive, Mid-Market (SaaS): Generating revenue and expanding 's business across APAC by landing and expanding new accounts in the Mid-Market segment with an accent on building strong relationships with key stakeholders and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Focus on conducting comprehensive discovery sessions, delivering compelling presentations, and negotiating profitable deals.
Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia. All team members are required to work from the Sydney office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

What you will do
- Help launch a once-in-a-generation company in Asia Pacific.
- Scale out the fastest growing team in APAC by landing and expanding new accounts in the Mid-Market segment (500-3,000 employees).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and pre-qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewing deals across APAC.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional value to clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- A net-new business mindset and comfort with greenfield out-bounding & land motion.
- Experience in complex consultative solution sales and consistently closing large figure deals.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks and projects independently.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early sales or GTM hire at a fast-growing start-up.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of AI solutions & landscape.
- Experience with quarterly sales planning and new logo acquisition.
