What you will do

• Define and execute the APAC partnership strategy in alignment with global objectives.
• Identify, prioritize, and secure high-impact partnerships with SIs, resellers, and BPOs.
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through direct execution of complex deals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to integrate partners into regional GTM plans.
• Lead high-value negotiations and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners.
• Provide regional market insights to global leadership to influence roadmap and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise sales in SaaS or AI industries.
• Proven track record of personally sourcing and closing strategic partnerships.
• Experience as a senior individual contributor in fast-growing or early-stage environments.
• Strong understanding of partner-led GTM models including co-sell motions.
• Deep familiarity with APAC enterprise markets and cultural nuances.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results without formal team authority.
