Senior Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving success for strategic enterprise accounts and building out the customer success function with an accent on product adoption, relationship management, and actionable product feedback. Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)
Compensation: $156,200 – $179,630 (OTE) + Equity

What you will do
- Lead high-touch engagement and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at major enterprise accounts.
- Design and implement scalable onboarding, activation, and adoption playbooks to drive customer value.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer to influence product, engineering, and marketing strategy.
- Monitor and track key health metrics to proactively identify risks and expansion opportunities.
- Build foundational systems and best practices for the growing customer success team.
- Cultivate customer advocates to generate testimonials, case studies, and referrals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record managing Enterprise accounts in a CSM or consultative capacity.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Clear and concise communication skills for both verbal and written collaboration.

- Familiarity with data-driven methodologies in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in the educational technology or product management training space.
