Location: Remote (US)
Compensation: $130,000 – $186,000 OTE

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor for large enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and economic buyers.
- Develop and execute success plans that align platform capabilities with specific business outcomes.
- Translate technical platform concepts into clear business value and ROI propositions.
- Lead renewal negotiations and influence Net Dollar Retention (NDR) across a book of business.
- Synthesize customer feedback and feature requests to influence internal product roadmap priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting within SaaS.
- Deep experience with data, analytics, or business intelligence platforms.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts with $100k+ ARR.
- Must be authorized to work and based in the United States.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead difficult negotiations and presentations.
- Ability to articulate technical product value to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience partnering with Technical Account Managers or Solutions Architects.
- Background in management consulting or strategic advisory.
- Familiarity with modern data stack technologies and architectures.
- Track record in hyper-growth SaaS environments.
