What you will do
- Foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key higher education clients.
- Support institutions in the successful adoption, optimization, and expansion of products.
- Partner with institutional stakeholders to align product usage with strategic academic goals.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion and improved institutional outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proven experience in customer success or account management within the higher education sector.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and verify identity/location.
- Demonstrated ability to drive software adoption and strategic success in a SaaS environment.
